How does it work?

Sometimes we might feel stuck, or caught up in negative thinking, or have unexplained feelings of unhappiness. These experiences can feel very real, but often the problem is essentially psychological - what we perceive about ourselves, and what we believe others think of us.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where clients can bring any concerns that might be troubling them. By talking things through together, I hope to build on clients' strengths to help make real and lasting changes to their lives.

An initial session is booked to discuss the client's individual needs and whether we might work together. Thereafter, sessions are 50 minutes long at the same time each week, or as often as you are able to come. I offer both short-term and open-ended work.
